Vapour trails
I'm still loving my camera phone. Because when you're walking the dog in the evening and there are these wonderful vapour trails lit up by the setting sun like fireworks and you've forgotten to take a camera you can still take photos like these. Aircraft pollution might be bad for the atmosphere but sometimes it sure is beautiful.
And I suppose I had better come up with another five things I like about me otherwise SS will want to know why. Of course, what I should have done is sit down and write out 25 things at the beginning of the week - but I didn't so I have to make them up as I go along. And when it's late and my brain is addled that's not so easy. And can I remember what I've already said? And of course it gets harder each day because the obvious ones to say have already been said. And I'm just stalling for time here and...oh well...here we go again...
1) I like my feet - they are British size 8 or European size 42, so quite small. Not that it's necessarily good to have small feet but...well...I quite like my feet.
2) I like the fact that I don't like to kill mice.
3) I like the fact that I share some of the same music tastes as my teenage children. If your teenage son asked you whether you like We Are Scientists (as Son asked me today) what would you say? Would you know who they are? I like being able to connect with him and Daughter on that level. I do like them, by the way.
4) I like being able to express myself in photography. I'd love to get some better equipment and take photography more seriously but for the moment basic equipment (even a cameraphone) will do.
5) I like the fact that, when necessary, I'm able to take a risk, like giving up my job and going self employed, or spending money to acquire another company. I'm pretty conservative when it comes to risk taking - but if I feel it's right I won't hold back.
Whew, that's over for another day. What about anyone else out there? What you you like about you? I wonder if what you like about yourself is what other people like about you too?

Ed, you've made me smile once more. The "5 Things" Project is much harder than one would ever expect, isn't it? I'm no exception to that rule.
Love the photos. Wish my camera phone took pictures like that. But then again, even with my digital camera, I just don't have quite the same "eye" for it as you do.

And I hope that one day you can indulge your talent for photography - because it is a talent!!!
I like your feet too - but I am not allowed anywhere nearer than 10 feet of them - no not because they smell - they certainly do not - but he is very tickelish you know and his feet are a no go area!!!!!!!!
Great pics. Ya, I see those vapor trails during the summer and wonder "where are they going and where did thay come from.
